GLASS STEAM ENGINE. ♦ at christchurch show. Miss Mae Kingsley, the Australian girl glass blower, has made a working model of a steam engine with cylinder, steam chest, wheels, crank shaft, piston rods, in fact all parts made entirely of glass. This astounding piece of work is on exhibition at the American Glass Works on the Christchurch Show Grounds, where her glass dress, which can be handled and worn like ordinary material, will also be seen.^
