WEDDINGS.

CAMPBELL—DINMCOMBE. Holy Trinity Church, Avonside, was the sceno of a pretty wedding recently, when Ethel, younger daughter of Mrs and the late Mr John Dinhicombe, was married to Robert, fifth son of Mr and Mrs James Campbell, Timaru. The church was prettily decorated with spring flowers by friends of the bride. The service was fully choral, the Rev. 0. Fitzgerald officiating. The bride was escorted by her cousin, Mr W. Hynam, who gave her away. She wore a becoming frock of palest mauve crepe de chine, with ivory lace vestee and sleeves. Her tulle veil was ■beautifully embroidered and fell from a coronet of orange blossom, and she carried a shower bouquet of choice white flowers and ferns. • She was attended by two bridesmaids, her sister, Miss H. Dinniecombe, who wore a crepe de chine frock in two shades of rose, with lace vestee. and crinoline hat to tone, and Miss T. Campbell, the bridegroom's sister, who wore a crepe de chine frock of ash pink, with lace panels, and a mauve crinoline hat. Both carried shower bouquets of spring flowers. Madge Hynam, wearing a frock of pale blue georgette, trimmed with rosebuds, and carrying a basket of pink blossoms, made a dainty flower-girl. Mr Percy Campbell attended his brother as best man, and Mr Harold Hynam acted as groomsman. A reception was afterwards held at the Winter Garden, where Mrs Diunicombe received her guests wearing a black silk repp frock relieved with grey, and a black cloth' coat fur-trim-med. Her black hat was trimmed with ospreys and a touch of mauve, and she carried a posy of violets. The bride travelled in a grey tailored costume and a .chic little hat of Bangkok straw in shades of blue and green. She carried a tailored coat of grey gabardine, with collar and cuffs of squirrel-tail fur.
