RAIL TRAFFIC DELAYED.
MAIN TRUNK LINE BLOCKED. (run* tisociiTio* Tsutoaiu.) WELLINGTON, February 15. All rail traffic from the north and the south, including the Daylight Limited, was held up for 50 minutes this morning when a heavy road roller broke down on a crossing a short distance south of Paraparaumu at about 9 o'clock.
