MAGISTERIAL. SAT CRD AY. (Before Mr E. D. Motley, S.M.) THREE CHARGES. Esther O'Mullcy, aged 42 years, pleaded guilty to charges of drunkenness and of committing a breach of her prohibition order. She pleaded not guilty to a charge o; being idlo and disorderly, in that she had insufficient lawful means of support. A. Young. S.M.i Charles Boyle, nlias Couits, of Kniapoi, pleaded not guilty to a charge that hj» obscenely and wilfully exposed himsc'f in the Botanic Gardens. Accused had been reninnded to the children's court as one of the witnesses was a girl aged 11 years. Boyle was ordered to be detained for reformaiive treatment for a period not exceeding 18 months.
