RICCARTON SEAT. About forty supporter* of Mr H. S. S. Kyle, Reform candidate for Rk> carton, held a meeting in St. BarhaTiaa schoolroom, Fondalton, last night. A similar meeting will be held in tho Oddfellows' Hall, Upper Kiccarton, to-night. ELLESMERE ROLL. The general roll of electors for - Elleamere, which has already made its appearance, contains 7695 names, as against 7288 on the proTisionaJ roll issued in May last. The total number of names on the general and supplementary (oils for the 1992 election was 8266. The Registrar (M» W. A.
