Look, a well-known V ictorian grazier, who returned from «i visit to New Zealand by the Niagara, states that New Zealand has hac* its best day. Mr Maurice McNamara, stock and fetation agent in Melbourne, shares this view. [Commenting on the abovo gram, the Minister of Agriculture (the Hon. W.
