[Ailwvn Edward Fellowes. second son of- theWirst Lord do Ramsey, was. knighted in 1911 and raised to tlio peerage 10 vears later. He sat in the House 3 of Commons as a Conservative from ISB7 to 1000. From 1595 fo 1900 lie was Chamberlain of Queen Victoria's Household, a Junior Lord . of the Treasury from 1900 to 1905. and President of the Board of Agriculture in 1905-06.] MR ERNEST SHORT.
