NECESSITY OF WIRELESS EQUIPMENT. (SPECIAL TO "ittt, F3J2SS.") WELLINGTON, August 8. In the House of Representatives tonight reference -was made to the Kipple. Mr P. Fraser (Wellington Central) said the people of New Zealand hail been stirred by the news. They hoped the vessel might have sought some safe port.. "There ia sorrow and mourning in many homes throughout the Dominion," said Mr Massey. "Families have lost breadwinners, brothers, and sons. I do not want to prejudice anything, because there will be an extensive enquiry, and I hope every «neeess will attend the efforts of those who will seek the cause, but I can speak for my colleague, the Minister of Marine, when I say that nothing will be left undone to prevent a recurrence of such a disaster."
