WOOLSTON SCHOOL COMMITTEE
♦- The monthly meeting of the Woafeton School Committe was held en Thursday. Present: Mr House (chairman), Mia Robinson, Messrs Johns, Goudie, Taylor, Cox, and Mackin Tho dental clinic ■wna discussed It waa decided after an inspection to bo madn by the Health Officer, to put the clinic into operation as soon as oossible. A letter received from tho 'U'oolston Burgesses' Association regarding the heating of tho baths was supported. A remit is to be sent forward to tha School Committee Association regarding tho standardisation of school books. The matter of a fife an J drum band for -the school was heartily supported.. A, euchre party aad danoo is to be held on August 28th to raise funds for tho school.
