IN BANKRUPTCY.
A meeting of creditors in the bankrupt estate of Charles Leopold Husacy, labourer, Mills road, Papanui, called for 2.30 p.m., yesterday, lapsed through lack of • quorum. The sumount owing to unsecured creditors is £33 18s lid, and to secured creditors £7lO te 3d. The value of the-security, including bankrupt's property, is £7OO, and tha amount of the deficiency is £4B 18s 2d. • Bankrupt's property consists of a section of two acres two roods, situated in JEDs road, Styx, Papanui. The unsecured oreditors .are': —Boberts ana Tulloch, grocers, Papanui, £3l is lid; Ford asd Smith, butchers, Papanui, £2; Fred Drury, coal merchant, Papanui, 9s; total, £33 13s lid. The secured creditors are first and second mortgage holders respectively on bankrupt's property, at the Styx, Papanui. The first mortgage of £350 is held by Mass M. E. Vartha and others, and the second mortgage of £348 by Mr R. H. Peers. Interest charges owing total £l2 4 s 3d.
