The secured creditors are first and second mortgage holders respectively on bankrupt's property, at the Styx, Papanui. The first mortgage of £350 is held by Mass M. E. Vartha and others, and the second mortgage of £348 by Mr R. H. Peers. Interest charges owing total £l2 4 s 3d.
