SUMNER ITEMS.

Ail Saints' Church. A parish social was held during the week, when a very enjoyable time was spent. Musical items were given by Miss Cooper, Miss May Barber, and Master D. Jacob. There were also some interesting competitions and eames, which were entered into heartily and much enjoyed by all present. The vicar spoko a word of welcome, and thanked all who had assisted to make the gathering a success. The following evening the Girls' Junior Biblo Class entertained the Boys' Bible Class to a return social evening. The girls, under the guidance of Mrs Hardy, had arranged a very fine programme and a dainty supper, and a delightful evening was spent.

"Pot Pourri." During the week several ladies who are interested in the forthcoming production of "Pot Pourri',' met at the school to make final arrangements, and to discuss the dresses. Several sample dresses and if the revue is as bright and pretty as it gives promise to be it will certainly prove of great attraction to the public.
