It is an offence under the Hamilton by-laws to pedal without having at least one hand firmly grasping the handle-bars and publicity jvas given the matter at the Court there this week when a youth appeared to show reason why he did not nave full control over his machine. As the charge was the first of its kind' heard, defendant was merely convicted and discharged.
