GERMAN NULLITY DECREE.

John Freeman-Mitford, brother of Lord Redesdale, is asking the British Divorce Court to uphold the decree of' nullity granted by s a Gorman Court to the daughter and heiress of Herr von Friedlanderfold, tho German coal king, whom Mitford married in Germany eaily in 1914. Mitford cites as co-respondent, Richard yon Kuhlmann, who was bocretary of the German Embassy in London, when war broke out, whom Mrs Mitford married after obtaining the Gorman decree. It was stated that the German law permits a nullity deeree to a spouse who is mistaken with reference to the other spouse's personal attributes. Respondent obtained the German decree a few months after the marriago, on the ground that Mitford was addicted to masculine indelenee and unbearable selfishness. The hearing was adjourned.
