ROGUE AND VAGABOND.
(PMS3 ASSOCIATION' TELEGBAM.) WANGANUI, February 15. At the Supreme <3ourt this afternoon, Francis John Rogers, aged 34, was convicted of being an incorrigible rogue and vagabond. Prisoner came from Raetihi, where it was stated his associates were a dozen men with records His last conviction was for sly-grog selling. The Crown Prosecutor: a pretty rough lot. _ Constable McCowan, of Raetihi: 1 don't know another district m any uart of New Zealand to compare with Prisoner will be sentenced on Saturday.
