Messrs Adams, Ltd., yesterday commenced the exhibition, in a studio to their High street showrooms, of the wonderful industrial cmema film, which depicts the processes employed in manufacturing the "Studebaker Light Six." There was a full attendance at both afternoon and evening sessions, and the unanimous verdiot of those who saw theofiim was that it was the most interesting exposition of modern engineering methods they had ever witnessed. They were especially struck with the electro-magnetic cranes which pick up tons of steel billets and distribute them to various departments; with, the huge £12,000 press, # which stamps out chassis side-frames in one operation, and with tlie pictures '.showing what happens inside the gear-box when gears are changed. The booklet describing all these processes, a copy of which is given to everyone who attends the show, proved very popular and useful, and after seeing the film great interest w»« displayed on the beautifully finished "Stude baker Light Sixes" in the showrooms, and Especially in tho gold-gilt stripped chassis. The great Studebaker film will be shown again at half-past two on Monday afternoon, and each afternoon next week. Admission is free to all motorrata and intending motorists, and üßers of Studebaker cars are speciaily invited. 6 2$ 2-SPEED DOUGLAS £4O.
