As this was the last meeting at wliicii the Rev. J. Guy and Kcv. C. B. Jordan would attend, it'.was Tesolved that the meeting- place on record its appreciation of the good "and faithful v.ork earned en in the Circuit by tho Revs. J. Guy and C. B. Jordan during their ministry. As Mr Guy is retiring on superannuation, several of> the officials spoke of his long and faithful .'ervices as a minister of the gospel, and a special motion of thanks was parsed to him.' Mr Guy thanked tiie officials ior their appreciative leferences, and for the cs-sis-t----ance given him by the local preachers an'i stewards •during hia ministry in the Circuit. Mr S. Ayers ga-ve a resume of the business done ,it the lecent General Conf-:rones in AVeßingion. A vote of thinks was accorded the ladies for providing suppjr.
