The Domitoom Metoorologist'a forecast states that present indications are for stiong, but decreasing, eoutherly winds, backing to northerlies shortly. CoMi and changeable weather may b» expected generally, with heavy paesiug showers, especially in the northern and East Coast districts. The barometer has a temporary rising tendency.
