• NEW BUILDINGS IN HEREFORD ' STREET. With reference to tho proposed erection of a new postal building in Hereford street, Mr G. Witty, M.P., has received tlie following tolegrnm from the Hon. W. 3>. S. MaolKinald, Acting-Postmnster-General:— "I haVo tho honour to adviso you thnt the plans which woro drawn up some five years ago have boen activoly undor revision for some time past, in order that they shall meet prcsont requirements. A final decision has boen arrived at, and as soon as tho new plans are completed the further nocea sarv action will bo taken."
