On Wednesday afternoon, at 3 o'clock, the Mayoress will tender n public reception to Mrs lvineton Parkes a distinguished visitor from England. Mrs Parkes is a well-known social and war worker. Sho will deliver an address on "Britain's Enemy and Now Zealand's Opportunity." Mrs Parkes is a brilliant speaker, and tho Mayoress invites all women to be prosent. 33
