VON SANDERS AT MALTA. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright ( . (Australkn and N.Z. Cable Association.) LONDON. March 13. The "Daily Telegraph's" Malta correspondent states that the censor has released the news that General Liman von Sanders made a dramatic arrival on February 4th, with 2000 troops aboard the German vessel Etha Rickmers, flying the British Ensign. The Mattes® authorities would not allow von Sanders's troops to land. After a month's stav the vessel went to Italy.
