LONDON, March 13." The "Daily Express" states that tho London Council of tho Socialist party, in conjunction with tli& International Auarcliists and others, is.spoking to establish a Communist League, and has summoned a conference in London for tho 16th inst. It is hoped to link up with Lenin and Trotsky.
A speaker at a recent secret revolutionary gathering said Trotsky had asked his British comrades to promote an agitation to stop the sending of British troops to Russia, and foment labour troubles in Groat Britain.
