Two first offenders wero each fined ss, in default 21 hours' imprisonment, and Timotliy O'Connell was fined 10s, or 48 horn's' imprisonment, for a second offence-. • REMANDED. Pierro Kugencr was remanded to appear at Eltham on • March 19th on a charge pf failing to maintain his wife. BOUND OYER. William Parker and Sarah Ann Parker (Mr Donnelly) were charged with having U3ed indecent language in St. Albans, tlio evidcnco showing' that the language used by llio former had been of a threatening nature. The maio defendant was bound over iu his own 6urety of £20 to keep tho peace for six months, and the female was convicted and ordered to pay costs.
