Tho matter bad been placed in . tho hands of the city solicitor, and a prosecution was to bo Instituted, i The Abattoir and Reserves Committeestated that it had .decided to remote tho waiting-room at the corner of Buck-, r ley's and Cemetery roads, and E»ubstituto it by a verandah built over the , footpath in . Buckley's road.- . „ The Council adjourned till January 27th. I
