AMSTERDAM, Docember 15. The Kaiser's stables have been confiscated, including several thousand horses which he claimed as nia personal property, though they had been purchased for him by the State. An inventory of the Kaiser's wardrobe rereals *nat it 598 Germs.n and foreign military uniforms. Ueriin papers report that the exEmpress is again seriously ill. Sho is suffering from a mental breakdown.
