T~ MAGISTRATE'S COURT. Mr W. Cletury, J.P., presided at tho Lyltelton Magistrate's Court on Saturday morning, when Joseph Harvey, a* second offend or, was fined 10s, ill default 48 hours' imprisonment. THE PICTURES. At the' re-opening of the Harbour Light Picture Theatre on Saturday a IW'o, drama, "Dormant Power," starring Ethel Clayton ani Montagu Love, was screened, supported by a further instalment of 'Tho Neglected Wife" (serial) and an excellent topical budget.
