Mr J. hie© has joined tho Monowai as assistant purser. The Wakatu will probably bo despatched from Wellington to-night with general cargo for Kaikoura and Lyttelton. She is due hero to-morrow night. The Cygnet is on a special trip to Knikotfru. und Titirangi. and consequently cannot make her u.iual voyage to Akaroa today. The John Anderson will Gail to-morrow foi Akaroa. Tho Calm is expected here on Wednesday fiom southern ports, and will load hero for Wellington and Wanganui, sailing Wednesday evening. Tho coastal sf-cJrner Coxinnji js expected to reach, this port towards tho end of this week. She will bring southern cargo, and will load her© for Nelson and New Plymouth.
