Advices from Warsaw report that the Polish Cabinet has issued a manifesto stating that tho interests of the privileged classes must give way to the will of the country, and therefore a National Government will be formed, mainly consisting of representatives of the workers. Petrograd reports state that the Bolshevik Government has issued a Note to the Allies requesting peace negotiations. SEIZURE OF BOLSHEVIK GOLD. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received November 6th, 7.20 p.m.) NEW YORK, November 5. Mr A. J. Black, Director of the Russian Information Bureau, has announced that the Russian Government at Omsk has seized 800,000,000 roubles in gold from the Bolsheviks at Kazan. The Bolsheviks had removed the gold from the Petrograd Treasury.
