Sir, —I noticed in your issue of Saturday a paragraph reprinted from tb#.; "Otago Daily Times," dealing with tbo treatment of recruits' teeth in The paragraph in question is 0 grow exaggeration, as I am writing after 8 close observation of the N.Z.D.C. its methods.
