Hie committee asks the British Labour Party to help the Irishmen to procure passports. NEW ZEALAND LABOUR ATTITUDE. (press association* telegram.) WELLINGTON, July 7. The Federation of Labour has endorsed tho recommendation of tho executive that tho Government be asked to undertake tho expense of sending a delegate to the world' 6 peace conference, convened by tho American Federation of Labour, a,t the same time and placo as tho conference to determine peace terms. * The conference has affirmed tho principle of the technical instruction of apprentices during working hours.
