Massey was the guest of Leeds City and University, and delivered an address upon "The D(W minions and the War.'' Alter expressly disavowing any intention of interfering in any way with the, ordinary political affairs of Britain, Mr Massey heartily congratulated Mr L'.oyd George upon his accession to office, and added that, important as the reconstruction of the Cabinet and the change of Prime Ministers were, thsj were even more important as indicating Britain's inflexible determination to prosecute the war with greater vigour. He therefore heartily welcomed tho change and assured the new Government that New Zealand would continue to givo all the assistance and co-operi-tion in her power in order to win tha war.
