APPEAL FOR 100,000. (R«uter'e Telegrams.) OTTAWA, October 24. Sir Robert Borden, iii a stirring appeal for another 100,000 enlistments, says:—"The climax of the war is rapidly approaching. Canada's last 100,000 may be the deciding factor. Canada's manhood must answer the challenge if the nation is to have an abiding placc in the future. Hitherto enlistments have been more rapid than transportation, but in the past few monies they have greatly decreased."
