T!io annual competition for the Slow Shicid between tho Christ's Coll&jo and ihe Boyt' High School Cadets wa* decided yesterday afternoon at Cash; mere in fine weather, and beforo * largo crowd of interested spectator?. Tho officials were:—Teams judg?. Captains Stevenson and Holdcrncse; casualty umpires, Colonel Cooper ana Major Mcddings: judge of method or attack. Captain Hawkins; umpire W chicf, Colonel Snow: staff officer, Licuterant L F Harris. The results of the competitions were" Points High School No 2 team ... 327—1 College No. 1. team 307—^ College No. 2 team ••• 288—3 High School No. 1 team ... 285 —1 In announcing the results of the competition Colonel Snow said -that tn® discipline and drill of tho teams had been excellent. but tho shooting, though good, was not as good as at pcveral previous competitions, as at tno long range, 600 yds, only one target h*" been knocked over. . . Colonel' Chaffev also addressed teams, and complimented them on tno way they had carried out the worn.
