OPENING OF GRADE MATCHES. When the entries closed for the Canterbury Cricket Association's competitions, a- few days ago, it was fonnd that 28 teams had entered for the various grades. The opening act took place on Saturday afternoon, when the -weather was anything but favourable. Christ's College and Boys' High.
