A mail dressed in naval uniform, accompanied a young woman, hired a motor-car in the city. Near Dural, on a pretext, he got the driver to examine the tank. When the driver sought to remount, the man presented a revolver, and declared himself an escaped German prisoner, with no intention of being caught. He and the woman then drove away at full speed. The driver reported the matter to the police, who so far have failed to trace the car.
