ARTILLERY RESERVE CORPS.

A UNIT FORMED. A meeting of those interested in tho formation of an artillery reserve corps -\y_-a held in tho E Battery Orderly Room, King Edward Barracks, last niffht. Captain N. M. Duncui' presided, and there were present about thirty-two persons, chiefly ex-members of the E and other batteries. T'hoss present formed them-elveo into an artillery unit, and :t waa decided to hold over the question of status for diecutsion at a future meeting. Tho following officers wore elected:—Officer commanding, Captain Dimcaii; sectional commanders, ex-L:eut. Climio and ex-Sergt. Comyi-s (both formerly of. the . E Battery); oocrttarj', ex-Lieut, dimits. ■ A -. ■ Major B<-attie, who was present, then addre_6ed the meeting,' and _ kindly effered his services and tlic«se of his non-oommis-eioxuxl officers as drill ixetructore.
