"BEYOND ALL HELP." {By Cable.—Prees Atiocktion.—Copyist) (Received July 7th, 10.40 p.m.) BERLIN, July 7. A committee has been established to enlist volunteers among foreigners residing in Germany to aid Prince William of Wiod. The "TageblattV correspondent states that military circles in Dur&zzo consider that the Princo of Wiod is beyond all help, as 4000 men aro required for a successful attack, and tho Albanian Government is unable to support them owing to the high cost of living and lack of accommodation.
