HAYWARD'S PICTURES.
The matinee and evening screenings of Hayward's Pictures on Saturday ■vvero witnessed by large audiences. The chief attraction at His Majesty's tonighfc will bo a fine Vitagraph picture, '■(rod Uomcmbers -when the World 1' orgets," a story of a young journalist who, while ill, is bequeathed a fortune on condition that he does not marry until he is 35 years of age. He goes into tho country to recuperate, and to eujo'y his new-found wealth, and there falls in love with a country girl. Ho tells her tho conditions of his fortune, and she agrees to accompany him to tho city and to wait Jive years till they can marry. She finds out tho man's worthlossnoES by that time and leaves him and returns to tho country, where she dies. But before dying she lias written a poem embodying her harsh experience, and this falls into tho hands of n dramatist, who mekes it tho subject matter of a play. The journalist, being; 6ent to criticise the play, is struck by its similarity to his own story, and, seized with remorse, flies to the country, and there ends Ills lifo by his own hand.
