FRENCH OFFICER EXPELLED
BERNE, February 20.
The Government has expelled Captain Paul Larginer, who was attached to the French Ministry of War, and was arrested at Geneva for espionage on behalf of France, to the detriment of Switzerland, Italy, and Germany. An enquiry showed that he was actively communicating with Menozzd and others engaged in espionage in Italy.
