In tho Reichstag Heir Erzeborger, the mouthpieco of the Centre Party, declared that no agreement with England could be based upon an abandonment by Germany of her naval de-
fenc&s. Hβ insisted upon the importance of keeping up armaments as a moans of employing labour.
