SYDNEY, February 21
The Oceanic S.S. Company announces an important change in the schedule time of its 'Frisco boats, commencing •with the Sonoma on June 6th, after which date the steamer will depart every twenty-eight days. Through time will be made up in three 6ections—Sydney to San Francisco, 19 days; San Francisco to New York, 4; New York to London, 6.
Even this may be cut down considerably in the advent of the company's new steamers, which ore to be capable of high speed, making the trip from Sydney to San Francisco in sixteen and a half days. The through trip to London will then be possible in about twenty-six days
