Tho "Otago Daily Times" sayn that while this is so it is difficult to believe that when tho Admiralty determined that tho New Zealand should mako a long voyago to tho Dominion in order to exhibit tho flag, it was sonously contemplated that it would only .bo m a few favoured districts that residents would havo any clmnco or Mjeing too vessel to advantage.
