DIPLOMACY AND nER WEDDING. (By Cablo,—Press Association.—Copyright.) BERLIN, April 18. Sir Edward Grey and M. Sazonoff aro accompanying King Georgo and the Czar to Berlin on the occasion of the wedding of the Kaiser's daughter, Princess Victoria Louise, to i'rince Ernest of Cumberland. This is considered significant as affecting mutual relations and tho settlement of the Near Eastern question. It is stated that France will bo represented at the wedding by a prominent statesman. Tho King and Queen of Italy will attend the ceremony.
