FRENCH BALLOON DISASTER.
PARIS, April IS. The occupants of a balloon were seen to be in difficulties at Fontenay-sous-Bob, having apparently allowed too much gas to escape. The balloon struck a house-top, and a storm of hail and rain then swept it along for five miles, during which time it drifted against houses and telegraph posts, and finally collapsed. Fivo occupants wero killed.
