WE AT THE ARMISTICE WAS FOR. (Received January 2nd, 12.45 a.m.) 1 LONDON, January 1. TJio Balkan delegates strongly resent Turkey's suggestion to refer most of the questions to the Powers, and point out that the armistice was concluded to enable Turkey to negotiate with the Allies.
