The fourteenth annual session of the Sons and Daughters of Temperanco of New Zealand v«as held to-day. The election of officers resulted as under:—M.W.P.. Bro. W. G. Rowe; M.W.A., Bro. Burns; ,M.W.*s., Bro. Jones: M.W. treasurer, Bro. I. Lucas; M W.S., Bro. Bowden; M.\v. cord, Bro. P. C. Lucas; M.W. trustees, Bros. Cutler, Cooper and Bed well. The balance-sheet showed that the balance to credit of the sick and funeral fund amounted to £8896 ds 4d, being a net increaso of £448 5s 3d. The sum of £506 2s 4d was paid away as sick pay, and £90 in funeral allowances. This was an increase of £205 in sick pay and £50 in funeral claims. The total funds of the Order amount to £10,181 0s 2d. ' ' * It was decided to alter the rules to admit boys as members.
