ASHBURTON HORSE FAIR.
At the monthly horse fair held by the New Zealand Farmers' Co-operative Association there was only a small entry, owing to the heavy rain. Tho principal sales effected were.: —Draught gelding, 4 years, £30; aged' mare, £16 10s; mare, 4 years, £32; filly. 3 years, £21 10s.
