Cloudy and unsettled weather with rain haa been reported generally and fogs to-day on the Eaat Coast of tho Sou'Jh Island. Southerly gales aro reported this evening from Cape Campbell and Wanganui, but the winds have moderated to-day in most parts of tho Dominion. '
