A mysterious tragedy has occurred near Carcoar. Two step-brothers named Edgerton and Kilbride had been ■ living together in a hut. Edgerton was found dead with a bullet wound in the breast, apparently self-inflicted. A riflo' was lying under the body. Kilbrido was found dead in an adjoining room. There wero no marks of violence on the body. It is surmised that ho died several days before, after an apopletic seizure. Edgerton Mas of eccentric habits.
