SYDNEY, July 12. Tho New South Wales Government is renewing the subsidy for the regular monthly steam eervico to Shanghai. Victoria, which formerly participated, has withdrawn, on the ground that the irade with China does not justify the outlay. Queensland lias declined to join on similar grounds.
