The Albanian revolt is threatening to develop into a general movement Against the Government and tho Cow mittoo of Progress. Other reasons are tho dragging of the Italian war, the discontent and intrigue in ConstantinoplCj and the fact that Shevket failed to purge the army of politiricns.
